Inner Wisdom Alchemy
Inner Wisdom Alchemy - a 6 month transformational coaching program to transmute trauma, stress, and disease into strength, empowerment, and transformation.
My coaching blends energy healing, meditation, EFT, intuitive guidance, spiritual mentorship, and integrative nutrition health coaching for a full transformative experience.
I teach these tools and techniques to my clients so that they become their own gurus.
Through my empathy, my intuition, my sensitivity, as well as energetic healing, I help women discover the root of their wounds, heal and repair them, and transmute their trauma into strength, empowerment, and transformation.
Women work with me because I offer a safe, supportive, and trusting place as they work through their pain and vulnerability. I help them tune into their inner wisdom so that they can build a loving and trusting relationship with their Higher Self. During our time together, the women I work with are able to embody their confidence, connect with their intuition, own their worth, claim their power, and access their inner joy.
I have made it my mission to help women empower themselves, shine their light and live authentically.

Reiki Classes
Invest in yourself and receive the lifelong ability to heal yourself and others. A multi-day immersive experience where you will learn Reiki levels 1&2, or Reiki Master. Includes a manual, hand selected crystal for you to keep and certification through The International Center for Reiki Training.
